These terms apply only to the reWorked app. See also the reWorked privacy policy.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Snowbelt Labs ("we", "us") about your use of the reWorked app. By using reWorked, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use reWorked. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
Your content
You own the projects, photos and other content you add. By posting content to the community, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within reWorked so the community features work. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already saved it to their inspiration boards.
Only post content you have the right to share.
Community rules: zero tolerance
reWorked has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By creating an account, you agree not to post or do any of the following:
- Harass, bully, threaten or impersonate anyone.
- Post hateful, discriminatory, sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content.
- Post content that infringes someone else's rights, or that is illegal.
- Spam, scam or advertise unrelated products.
- List stolen goods or items that are illegal to sell.
- Interfere with the app, access other people's accounts, or scrape data.
How we keep the community safe
- Filtering: we screen posts for objectionable material and may block it from being posted.
- Reporting: you can report a post or a member from inside the app, or by emailing support@snowbeltlabs.com.
- Blocking: you can block a member so you no longer see their content and they can't interact with you.
- Response: we review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or ban the accounts responsible.
Numbers and AI output
Profit, ROI and other figures are calculated from what you enter and are for your information only. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. AI-generated text, such as listing drafts, may be inaccurate. Review it before you use it.
Our app
reWorked, its design, code, badges and branding belong to Snowbelt Labs. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.
Disclaimers & liability
reWorked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own records of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Snowbelt Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the past 12 months (if any). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Ending your use
You can stop using reWorked and delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
App store terms
If you downloaded reWorked from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. The same applies to Google for Google Play.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use reWorked means you accept the updated terms.
