Getting started
Do I need an account?
No. reWorked works fully on your phone without one. Create an account if you want to sync across devices, back up your projects or join the community.
How do I try the app with sample data?
During onboarding, choose Explore with sample projects to look around with demo projects before adding your own.
How is profit and ROI calculated?
Profit is your sale price minus what you paid for the piece and all the materials you logged. ROI is that profit divided by your total cost. Log every material to keep the numbers accurate.
Account & sync
I didn't get my sign-up or password reset email.
Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the address is spelled correctly. Emails can take a few minutes. Still nothing? Email us from the address you signed up with.
My projects aren't showing on my other device.
Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices and have an internet connection. Open your Profile and tap Sync now. Changes you make offline are saved and sync automatically once you're back online.
What happens when I sign out?
Your data stays safe in your account, and the cached copy is removed from that phone. Sign back in to get everything back.
Delete your account
Open your Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it: profile, projects, photos, posts, likes and follows. It can't be undone.
Can't get into the app? Email privacy@snowbeltlabs.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Community
Who can see my posts?
Projects you post to the community, your profile and a public inspiration board are visible to other signed-in members. Your workshop, goals and unposted projects are private. You can make your inspiration board private from your profile.
How do I report a post or a member?
Tap ••• on the post or profile and choose Report. You can also email support@snowbeltlabs.com with the member's handle and a screenshot. We review every report within 24 hours.
How do I block someone?
Tap ••• on their post or profile and choose Block. You won't see their posts any more, and they can't interact with you. You can unblock them from your Profile settings.
What's not allowed?
reWorked has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. See the community rules.
Troubleshooting
I'm not getting reminders.
Check that reminders are on in the app and that notifications are allowed for reWorked in your phone's settings. Focus or Do Not Disturb modes can also hide them.
I can't add photos.
Allow camera or photo access for reWorked in your phone's settings (iOS: Settings → reWorked; Android: Settings → Apps → reWorked → Permissions).
The AI listing writer says it's unavailable.
AI features have a daily limit per account. If you've hit it, try again tomorrow. If it says AI isn't switched on, the feature isn't available yet.
