Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Snowbelt Labs ("we", "us") about your use of the Barrelhead app. By using Barrelhead, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Our privacy policy explains how the app handles your data.
Legal drinking age
Barrelhead is about bourbon and other spirits. You may use it only if you are of legal drinking age where you live (21 or older in the United States). Please enjoy responsibly, and never drink and drive.
Using Barrelhead
Barrelhead is free, with no accounts, in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. It's a personal tracker: it doesn't sell, deliver or advertise alcohol, and it doesn't connect you with sellers. Please use it lawfully, and don't try to interfere with the app, reverse engineer it or copy it, except where the law allows.
Prices, values and spending
The prices, values, gains and totals in Barrelhead come from the numbers you enter. They're for your own records and enjoyment only. They aren't appraisals, quotes or financial, investment or tax advice, and we don't guarantee that any bottle is worth or would sell for the amount shown. Laws on reselling alcohol vary, and some places prohibit it without a license.
Our app
Barrelhead, its design, code, illustrations and branding belong to Snowbelt Labs. Bottle, brand and distillery names you enter belong to their owners, and Barrelhead isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any distillery or brand. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms and the terms of the App Store.
Disclaimers & liability
Barrelhead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data stored on your device will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, Snowbelt Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the past 12 months (if any). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
Ending your use
You can stop using Barrelhead at any time. Delete your data on the You tab with Delete my data, or delete the app. We may update, change or stop offering the app.
App Store terms
Barrelhead is downloaded from the Apple App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Barrelhead means you accept the updated terms.
