Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Snowbelt Labs ("we", "us") about your use of the Aurelex app. By using Aurelex, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Our privacy policy explains how the app handles your data.
Using Aurelex
Aurelex is free, with no accounts, in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. Please use it lawfully, and don't try to interfere with the app, reverse engineer it or copy its word content for redistribution, except where the law allows.
Words and definitions
Definitions, pronunciation guides, example sentences and spoken pronunciations are provided for learning and enjoyment. We work to keep them accurate, but they may contain mistakes and aren't professional or authoritative advice.
Our app
Aurelex, its design, code, word content, medals and branding belong to Snowbelt Labs. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app under these terms and the terms of the App Store.
Disclaimers & liability
Aurelex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data stored on your device will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, Snowbelt Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the past 12 months (if any). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
Ending your use
You can stop using Aurelex at any time. Erase your data in Profile → Erase all data, or delete the app. We may update, change or stop offering the app.
App Store terms
Aurelex is downloaded from the Apple App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Aurelex means you accept the updated terms.
