This privacy policy applies only to SwipeWagen (the app and swipewagen.com). For our studio website, see the website privacy policy.
The short version. SwipeWagen hasn't launched yet. Right now we only collect what you give us when you join the waitlist: your email and a few answers about the cars you're interested in. We use it to invite you to early access and shape what we build. We don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
SwipeWagen is made by Snowbelt Labs ("we", "us"). This policy covers the SwipeWagen website (swipewagen.com) and its waitlist. We'll update it with full details before the SwipeWagen app launches. Questions? Email privacy@snowbeltlabs.com.
What we collect

The website doesn't use advertising, tracking cookies or analytics that identify you. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time for security.
Who we share it with

Equal protection. Each provider is bound by its data protection terms to protect your data in the same or equal way as this policy describes, and may use it only to provide its service to us.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with car dealers. If a future version of SwipeWagen lets you contact a dealer, it will only share your details when you choose to, and we'll explain that in this policy before launch.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until SwipeWagen launches and you've had the chance to join, or until you ask us to remove it. After that, we delete the waitlist answers of anyone who hasn't signed up.
Your choices and rights
- Withdraw consent / leave the waitlist: unsubscribe from any email we send, or email privacy@snowbeltlabs.com and we'll delete your details.
- Access or correct: email us for a copy of what we hold, or to change it.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, Canada or California), you may have additional rights over your data. We'll respond to any request within 30 days.
Children
SwipeWagen is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy before the app launches to cover the app itself. When we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and email waitlist members.
